Give the following information to the person who answers:

Information about patient's sickness or injury |

The person will give you instructions, such as for first aid or calling
an ambulance, based on the information you have provided about the condition
of the patient.
The hospital reception will then prepare necessary documentation
before the patient arrives.

| 2. Patient comes to the after hours emergency reception centre. |
Don't forget to bring your health insurance card and medical treatment card, if you have one. |
| 3. Treatment of patient. |
As a rule, patients are treated in the order they have come to reception, but they should understand that sometimes the order of treatment changes depending on the patients' conditions |
| 4. Payment for treatment. |
Emergency external patients are required to pay the estimated cost of their treatment. They will be given a temporary receipt.
Within one month, they should take this receipt to the accounts section in the main reception hall of the hospital, where the account will be corrected. This may involve either a refund or an additional payment.

Patients unable to settle the account within the required period should contact the external patients accounts section, extension 1114, on weekdays between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. |

| 5. Obtain prescribed medicine. |
Prescribed medicine can be obtained at the prescriptions counter in the main reception hall of the hospital. |
